How To Initiate A Return or Exchange
To make a return or exchange sizes, email us at hello@joyryder.com.au with your order number. Our Brisbane Customer Care team will supply return authorization and next steps within 1 business day.
Full Priced Garments
Eligible for full refund to original payment method or free size exchange.
Sale / Archive Items
Eligible for store credit or size exchange if replacement inventory is available.
Return Conditions
- Contact must be made to hello@joyryder.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original brand new condition with all tags attached.
- Swimwear must retain the hygiene protection strip intact.
- Returned items must be packed securely in protective packaging.
- Receiving a refund: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
